When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and a second e-mail when we ship your order.

If ordering by phone or fax, you may fill out our Order Form and submit it to us. Please fill out all information. When we receive it we will e-mail you with your total including shipping and handling and sales tax, if applicable(Massachusets residents 5%).

If ordering by e-mail, simply fill out the Order Form completely and click the Send Order button at the bottom of the form. When we receive it we will e-mail you with your total including shipping and handling and sales tax, if applicable(Massachusets residents 5%).

We realize that when you place an order with a company you are placing your trust in that company. We pledge to honor that trust by making your experience with Irish Charms a pleasurable one.

Payment

You may pay by 2 methods:

1. Credit Card - We use PayPal to process your credit card payment. PayPal uses the industry standard 128 bit SSl Encryption so you can be confident that your informartion is secure. We do not accept credit card payments by phone, fax or mail. All credit card payments must be on-line through PayPal.

2. Personal checks, money order or cashiers check.

If you pay by cashiers check or money order, we will ship your order immediately upon receipt. If you pay by personal check please allow 7 business days for your check to be processed.

Shipping

We use the United States Postal Service for shipping. This has the advantage of being delivered to either a P.O. Box or a physical address. Your order is shipped by Parcel Post, First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Shipments must be to a single address, no split shipments. Some items will have a flat rate shipping charge. Shipping rates are for the 50 US states.

We will ship outside the United States but additonal shipping costs may apply. When we receive your order you will be notified of the shipping cost and will need to go to our International Shipping Rates page and add on the shipping cost for your order.

The items you see on our site are all in stock at our location. If an item should go out of stock, there wlll be an out of stock button next to that item indicating its status. If you do see an out of stock button, it does mean that we have placed an order for that item from our supplier and it should be in shortly. If you have an order pending, we will ship it as soon as we receive the item.

Most orders are shipped the next business day. Some orders will ship the same day we receive them. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on Saturday. We accept sales in the United States only, the continental 48 states and Alaska and Hawaii.

Discounts

We do offer discounts on large quantities. If you need a large quantity of a particular item, please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail before placing your order so we can check on availability and shipping charges. We have sold large quantities to clubs, weddings, businesses, reunions, Irish dance schools and other organizations. The shipping charges listed above will not apply to large quantities. The actual shipping amount will be charged.

Credit/Exchange/Refunds

We hope that you will be pleased with the items you purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please return the item within 15 days for a credit, exchange or refund, less the shipping charges. You must contact us by e-mail at info@irishcharms.com, fax or phone for a Return Authorization Number before we can accept any returns. No items will be accepted without the Return Authorization Number.

Items returned for credit or refund must be in their original condition. Tags, if any, should be attached and it should be returned in its original box. Customers are responsible for return postage.
